Pre-registration

Access and admission to a doctoral programme is a process that directly involves both the student who wishes to access the programme and the Academic Committee responsible for it.

Applicants may apply for admission to a maximum of two Doctoral Programmes, indicating their order of preference.

Applicants may only be admitted to one doctoral programme during the same admission process. To this end, the application will be evaluated by the programme chosen as the first option and, if the decision is favourable, it will not be evaluated by the Academic Committee of the second option. However, applicants may be admitted to another programme, with simultaneous studies, after submitting a new application for admission in subsequent academic years.

To apply for access and admission to a doctoral programme, you must take the following into account:

  1. Check that you meet the access requirements and specific admission requirements.
  2. Find out the details of the Doctoral Programme you wish to undertake in the Academic Offer section.
  3. A letter of motivation and the endorsement of a UAH researcher in the following format (PDF) are required. Contact the Doctoral Programme Coordinator if you have any questions about this document.
  4. Access the pre-registration for doctoral programmes:
